    • Made On Demand:

Our products are not mass-produced. They are made “on demand”, meaning they are lovingly hand-crafted just for you once ordered, and then are packaged and shipped directly to you from our amazingly talented product makers! The images are a digital mock-up of what they will look like, so please use them as a guide only, and remember that colours may look different depending on what screen you are viewing them on.

Our drop-down box shows Aussie and EU sizes. You can see the US conversion in our size guide, which is located just above the size selector drop-down box. These shoes are true to size, so just order your usual size and you should be fine! If in doubt, please consult our size guide.

Standard shipping is free for all footwear!

As our products are made on demand (with the exception of our Clearance collection), please note that you will not receive your tracking number until your order has been made, packaged and shipped out. Usually this takes about a week and shipping takes (on average) an additional 1-2 weeks, however occasionally we may see longer production and/or delivery timeframes thanks to Covid doing its thing and just the general state of shipping services these days.

Don't worry, they are worth the wait!

We understand that with the rising popularity of unboxing videos on social media, the idea of having fancy packaging to create a visually-impressive "unboxing experience" is appealing to some people. However, please understand that this is not what we are about here at Offbeat Sweetie.

Let's face it, once a package is opened, all that excessive fancy packaging just ends up in the bin and ultimately goes into landfill, and this is not something we want to contribute to. While we acknowledge that some packaging waste is unavoidable in order to protect our products during transit, we try to do our best to minimise our impact on the environment by reducing unnecessary waste and utilising recycled/recyclable materials as much as possible.

While you may find our packaging a bit plain compared to what you see on Instagram, we feel that our products themselves are "the experience", and are way more worthy of appreciation videos than boring old packaging any day! So if you are someone who is that way inclined, once you have thoughtfully disposed of your packaging please feel free to post photos or videos of your Offbeat Sweetie products and tag us. ❤️
