We're now past Christmas cut-off (though that's not to say you won't get your order before then if you order today - who knows? You might be lucky!). When you order them they get delivered to your email address straight away, so no worrying about pesky shipping delays!

By now pretty much everybody knows about shipping delays, particularly around Christmas time, but just in case you've been living under a rock we thought we'd better mention that you might want to get your Christmas orders in quickly if you want to give them the best chance of arriving on time!
Based on recommendations by Australia Post, we're saying November 11th is our Christmas cut-off, though obviously in this day and age nobody can make any guarantees when it comes to shipping! So best to be on the safe side and get your shopping done today!

We are pleased to announce the safe arrival of The Offbeat Baby, little brother to a proud big sister affectionately known around here as The Offbeat Kidlet! The Offbeat Family are doing well and Shell is enjoying maternity leave with her little cub, so all enquiries are currently being handled by Shell's trusty offsider Kat. We have added a returns portal to make returns and exchanges simpler and easier for our customers. While we are in the trial phase we may experience a technical glitch or two (although hopefully not!), so if you have any issues with using the portal please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to sort out your returns the old school way!

Our product makers are taking a well-deserved break at the moment, and as a result we are expecting delays in production and shipping of orders until around the mid to end of February.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank our beautiful customers for their patience during this time.

We are now officially on holidays! We will be back in the office on Monday 3rd of January. As we are a small family-run business, we do not have staff to take over while we take much-needed time off, so please understand that most emails will not be responded to straight away, though we will still do our best to deal with urgent matters during this time. Enquiries about size exchanges or general product enquiries will be responded to when we return to the office.
Orders have been set up to be automatically processed, so any orders will still be forwarded to our product makers and then the finished products will be sent out to our customers without a hitch, so feel free to keep shopping! We wish you all a very happy festive season and we will see you all next year!

Christmas cut-off is early this year due to the current shipping delays associated with Covid-19. If you would like your order before Christmas, please ensure you order by Friday 12th November and upgrade to priority shipping. Orders received after this date or via standard shipping may be delayed more than usual. Please remember that we cannot make any guarantees about shipping timeframes due to the unpredictability of the transit industry at the moment.

Hi Sweeties,
Just a heads up that Australia Post has a massive backlog at the moment, apparently due to 500 odd staff in Covid isolation. This, along with driver strikes, delays in customs clearances and of course increased sanitation procedures, means that your orders not only from us but from any online retailer may be delayed. Please understand that these delays are completely out of sellers' hands, and we can't do anything to speed up deliveries. Your patience and understanding is genuinely appreciated. ❤🌈

You asked, we listened! While our vegan leather boots are definitely loved by many, some people let us know that vegan leather is not really their thing and they would prefer another boot option. We took your feedback on board and are pleased to announce that we now have canvas boot options! We only have a limited amount of designs at the moment, but in amongst the chaos of lockdown parenting we are doing our best to try to bring more funky designs to you in the canvas boot range, so watch this space!

Due to airport delays (thanks, Covid), we are experiencing longer than usual shipping delays for the vegan leather boots and some of the low tops. Your understanding and patience is genuinely appreciated.

Due to new VAT requirements enforced by the UK government, we are unfortunately currently unable to sell to customers in the UK. We are working on this issue and hope to be able to start selling to our wonderful UK customers again in the future.

As you may know, we work with a progressive, ethical shoe manufacturer in Quanzhou, China. They look after their workers, and part of that involves ensuring they get well-deserved time off over their New Year period. What that means for us, is that any shoe orders placed after this Wednesday may not be received until March. So if you're after a pair of shoes this month, I strongly urge you to ORDER BY THIS WEDNESDAY to avoid disappointment. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish our manufacturing staff as well as my Chinese customers and followers a very happy, healthy and safe Year Of The Ox.
