Our products are not mass-produced. They are made “on demand”, meaning they are lovingly hand-crafted just for you once ordered, and then are packaged and shipped directly to you from our amazingly talented overseas product makers! The images are a digital mock-up of what they will look like, so please use them as a guide only, and remember that colours may look different depending on what screen you are viewing them on.
Sizing:
These boots are a wide fit and true to size, so order your usual size and you should be fine! If you often vary between two sizes depending on the style of shoe, then we recommend going with the smaller of your usual sizes, as most of our size exchanges are from people needing a size smaller. Please note that sizes are shown in AU and EU sizing. In women's sizes, AU and US sizes are the same. For US men's size conversions, please see the size chart.
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 (AUD) for orders under $100, and we offer free shipping for orders over $100 and for all footwear!
As our products are made on demand (with the exception of our Clearance collection), please note that you will not receive your tracking number until your order has been made, packaged and shipped out. Usually this takes about a week and shipping takes (on average) an additional 1-2 weeks, however occasionally we may see longer production and/or delivery timeframes thanks to Covid doing its thing and just the general state of shipping services these days.
